Full Stack Family Medicine is a newsletter about what it’s really like to practice medicine and run a medical practice in New York City.

My wife, Rachel, and I co-founded Westside Family Medicine in 2006. Since then we’ve pretty much seen it all - from the medical and business point of view.

We’ve tried to practice the best medicine possible, while at the same time keeping the lights on - and we’ve done it through ups, downs, and Covid.

This blog will be a mix of stories, advice and discussion - topics will diverge widely, but they will all share a point of view!

I plan to keep it personal but relevant and hope that it will satisfy your curiosity, answer your questions, and maybe even help you think about things differently.
