Impressive story Dr. Bregman. After reading it, I couldn't help thinking how telemedicine visits (so necessary nowadays) could make the waters even muddier, harder to distinguish a zebra from a horse. One thing is crystal clear: it is a tough job to be a doctor, especially a generalist one. We are lucky to have you as our family physician.

Michael Lewis’ book The Undoing Project, about Kahneman and Tversky, talks about his a lot with a great example from an emergency room visit from a woman who had been in a car accident so every symptom was ascribed to that … until it wasn’t.
