Really interesting. I just finished listening to Arthur Brooks talk about his new book “From Strength to Strength” which is all about how to age gracefully. Well worth it for anyone who wants to know more about lifelong fitness: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/ten-percent-happier-with-dan-harris/id1087147821?i=1000551251686
