Dr. Bregman, you were my first child's (Azad's) doctor when we lived in NYC. This was 14 years ago when he was a baby. it was so wonderful to have an empathetic doctor like you for first time parents. We now live in India and are delighted to read your substack. This latest really reminded me of the old neighborhood. Thanks for everything you did for us.
Lovely, Bertie!!! I, too, started taking a walk every morning back in 2007, when we got our dog, Lucas. He died during Covid, but I've kept it up all the same. Best moment of my day every day. I highly recommend a tiny book by Buddhist thinker Thich Nhat Hanh called HOW TO WALK. Or really any tiny book from that collection.
Absolutely beautiful!
Hello neighbor! What a thoughtful post just in time for the Spring Equinox 🌞🌷
I have White Coat Syndrome, but you don't seem so scary 🫶🙃.
I walk in the North Woods - loads of Raptors 🦅
Always a great read..! I miss Riverside dr!!
